Lumen & Lawn ("we," "us," or "our") provides premium outdoor cinema services across Greater Boston and Southern New Hampshire. This policy explains what information we collect through lumenandlawn.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: when you submit our booking form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred event date, approximate guest count, package interest, and anything you write in the message field.
• Anti‑spam verification: our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm submissions are from real people. Cloudflare processes limited technical data to make that determination.
• Basic technical data: like most websites, our host records standard log information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry, confirm availability, and send you a quote.
• To schedule, prepare for, and deliver your event.
• To send booking‑related communications (agreements, deposit and balance details, scheduling, and weather updates).
• To improve our services and protect against spam and abuse.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example, our website host, email provider, and payment processor — and only as needed to provide our services, or where required by law.

Cookies & third‑party services

We keep tracking to a minimum. Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, is hosted on Netlify, and uses Cloudflare Turnstile for form security. These providers have their own privacy practices.

Data retention

We keep booking inquiries and event records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you can opt out of non‑essential communications at any time, by emailing hello@lumenandlawn.com.

Children

Our site and services are intended for adults arranging events and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
